Azorin has participated as invited speaker in the tutorial “Brain-Machine Interfaces (BMI): From Neural Decoding to Real-World Applications” in the framework of the 2014 IEEE International Conference on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics (SMC2014), which has been held in San Diego, CA, USA in October 5-8, 2014.

Prof. Azorin’s talk has been focused on the Brain-Computer Interfaces to control robotic exoskeletons that have been developed at UMH. In this tutorial 4 speakers from Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (Switzerland), University College London (United Kingdom), Jet Propulsion Laboratory, NASA (USA) and Nanyang Technological University (Singapore) have also participated.
