TECNIT PhD Workshop

The TECNIT PhD Workshops are open scientific meetings intended to meet the &TECNIT reserachers, PhD students and collaborators, as well as future students. The aim is to create networking relation among all of them that could help develonting future researchs.

On March 4th, 2016 the 3rd TECNIT PhD Workshop was held. This time, the workshop included the two following seminars:

Advances in robotics perception with 3D cameras (in Spanish)

Robotics for rehabilitation (in Spanish)
Dr. Francisco Javier Badesa Clemente, Departamento de Ingeniería de Sistemas y Automática, UMH, former TECNIT student, and Extraordinary Doctorate Award in the academic year 2015-16.

Advances in optical polarimetry: Devices and applications (in Spanish)
Dr. Juan Campos Coloma, Departamento de Física, Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona,

2015

 

On May 4th 2015, the 2nd TECNIT PhD Workshop was held. This year, the workshop included the two following seminars:

The research career from my personal point of view (La carrera investigadora desde mi experiencia personal) (in Spanish)
Dr. Miguel Ángel Sánchez Soriano, Instituto de Telecomunicaciones y Aplicaciones Multimedia (iTEAM), Universidad Politécnica de Valencia, Former TECNIT student and Extraordinary Doctorate Award in the academic year 201415.

Human Robotics: Robotics of human – Robotics for humans
Prof. Etienne Burdet, Imperial College, London (United Kingdom).

Then, TECNIT PhD students presented the state of their research ot the TECNIT Academic Comission (composed by profs. Ignacio Moreno, Susana Fernández de Ávila, Javier Gozálvez & Pedro Ginés Martínez), as well as the rest of  public.
